To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Items marked as final sale, underwear, or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@moxley.top with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • MOXLEY LTD is not responsible for returns lost in transit

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at support@moxley.top.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
