We ship worldwide. Orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processes.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
MOXLEY LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
